The visit to the chateau

Practical information

Non-stop opening (7 days a week)

The chateau is open daily, including Sunday and public holidays, from 6 April until 3 November included.

Outside of this period, the château will also be open for Easter and the 11th of November 2024 weekend.

Easter holidays
From Saturday 30th March to Monday 1st April: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM* and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM*

Daily opening
From Saturday 6th April to Saturday 13th July: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM* and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM*

From Sunday 14th July to Sunday 18th August: Non-stop opening from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM*

From Monday 19th August to Sunday 6th October: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM* and 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM*

From Monday 7th October to Sunday 3rd November: Afternoon only, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM*

November 11th Weekend
From Saturday 9th to Monday 11th November: Afternoon only, from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM*

Visitors can stay in the park until 8:00 PM.

For entrance to the park and its unaccompanied visit, entry is possible until 12:30 PM for mornings and until 6:00 PM or 6:30 PM.

Groups

Tours available from March 15 to November 30. Reservations required.
Groups without an appointment are not guaranteed a tour of the interiors.

Duration of visits

The guided tour of the seventeenth century apartments, the staircase, the C19th library and the kitchen lasts one hour. Walking through the gardens (parterres, maze, groves, outdoor theatre, Lamartine Walk, vegetable garden) requires 30-45 min.

Full visit
Guided tour of the 17th century flats and free visit of the 1900 rooms and the park.

Students (on presentation of their card and up to 26 years old): €9.00

Children (0 to 6 years): free if accompanied by parents

Groups (from 20 people and by appointment): €11.00 per person

Partial visit

Unguided visit of the 1900 rooms and the park.

Young children

The guided tour of the 17th century apartments takes one hour. As this format is not suitable for young children under 5 years old, we ask the parents concerned to please prefer the self-guided tour of the 1900 rooms and the gardens and we thank them for their understanding.
